This vanilla powder is actually how I found Live Superfoods. Vanilla bean powder that's this quality is super tough to find. It's absolutely delicious! Especially in my protein smoothies. Great company, great product. (Posted on 3/23/13)

I love this vanilla powder. Never used vanilla beans this way but much easier to use, and a 2 oz package lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. (Posted on 11/15/12)

I love this vanilla powder and use it instead of regular vanilla extract, usually a 1/2 tsp powder to 1 tsp extract. I use it in all baked goods--muffins, cookies (I even add it to box mixes & it really perks them up). Flavor/fragrance seems richer once the finished product has a chance to rest, so for instance if you make a cake or banana bread, it will have a richer flavor a few hours later or next day. I also add to buttermilk pancakes. My kids love them! (Another bonus, you don't get the alcohol like when using extracts). (Posted on 11/15/12)
