We ship all orders via UPS and the US Postal Service.

Delivery Times

UPS Ground orders placed before 2:00 pm (PST) ship the same business day and are estimated (but not guaranteed) to arrive according to this schedule:

  • Western states: 1-3 business days
  • Midwestern, southern and northern states: 3-5 business days
  • Eastern states: 6-7 business days.

UPS 1-day, 2-day and 3-day are guaranteed delivery services. Orders placed before 2:30 pm (PST) will arrive in the stated number of business days.

US Postal Priority Mail orders placed before 11:00 am (PST) are shipped same day and typically arrive at domestic destinations in 2-3 business days (but not guaranteed). Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 6-10 business days (again, not guaranteed).

Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Orders shipped to to a PO Box must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Shipment Status

If you've provided a valid email address, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Just click on the link and you'll be taken to the UPS or USPS website where your packages status is displayed.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate $7.99 UPS Ground shipping to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is based on the weight of the order and the destination.

We also offer expedited shipping methods - UPS 1-day, 2-day, 3-day and USPS priority mail. Rates are based on package weight and destination.

Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to where you're asked to enter your payment information) so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by UPS and USPS plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials and associated shipping weight.

International Shipments

We now ship to virtually all countries in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe, as well as to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines and Israel via USPS Priority International. Shipping rates are based on package weight and your destination. Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 7-14 business days (but not guaranteed).
