Yum... We LOVE this coconut oil! Having tried 4 different types of organic coconut oils in the past, THIS is the only one we want in our house for it's winning quality! It is the smoothest, most mellow, pleasantly delicious coconut oil we've ever had...we are extremely pleased! It melts faster than the others, and the taste and smell is amazing with just a tiny hint of coconut. It is amazing for smoothies, skin care (lip and skin moisturizer), all of our raw food dishes that call for coconut oil/butter, and any cooking or baking that calls for oil (the taste is so mild that you would have to try hard to taste coconut once the foods are cooked or baked, and everything ends up more moist), plus it makes an excellent oil in marinades on veggies that you would be grilling. I've tried a few other brands, but really love this one. The rich aroma of this coconut oil comes through beautifully. Being allergic to dairy, I use coconut oil in place of butter (I replace butter with coconut oil but reduce the quantity by 25%) in all my cooking/baking. Cooking with this coconut oil clearly enhances the flavors of all the ingredients without being overwhelming or drowning out the other flavors in recipes.
