Our Himalayan Salt Stones are used for making sole, a concentrated salty solution that can be used daily to help balance and restore many body functions, as noted above. Sole is a fully saturated solution of water and crystal salt that you can make easily at home.
To make sole, simply place one inch of Himalayan Salt Stones in a glass jar, preferably with a lid, and add 2 to 3 inches of pure water, completely covering the stones. Let it sit overnight. The next day, if all the salt crystals have dissolved, add a few more to the water. Your sole is ready when the water is fully saturated with salt, and the salt will no longer dissolve.
Using sole is equally easy. Each morning, before eating or drinking anything else, add one teaspoon of the sole to a glass of pure water, and drink. Your body will receive the energetic vibration pattern of the crystal salt, and will hold it for 24 hours.
The colors of Himalayan Crystal Salt Stones vary from translucent and colorless to beautiful shades of light pink to darker red.
