I ordered this product and received it less than a week ago. I am fighting a vitamin D deficiency and have other health issues, including a sex-hormone related endocrine disorder and chronic mono, so I am taking about 2.5 t per day for a period of time to build up my warehouse (please check with your health practitioner on this for yourselves). It arrived on Saturday, and on Sunday evening I came down with influenza. It is now Friday, and I have been sick all week. Normally, I am a very low energy person, and when I am ill, I usually sleep several hours during the day. Not this time; during the height of the fever, I slept 2 hours, and as the illness tapered off (leaving no cough behind!) I have not been able to sleep at all, and have experienced a feeling of extreme energy and well-being. A night owl friend of mine called and was surprised to find me functional after 10pm. I will probably back off the amounts I am taking, just so I can sleep a reasonable number of hours per night, as I recover. I have never had this much energy before, and I don't know what to do with myself, since doing my normal routine usually exhausts me.
