Gone Nuts! White Chocolate Chip Cashews, Almonds & Cacao Nibs
This decedent sweet and creamy flavor of raw cashews and sprouted almonds is coated with premium clear agave nectar, coconut powder, cacao butter and mesquite pod meal. Coarse ground cacao nibs are added for an extra chocolate crunch.
Reminiscent of a white chocolate chip cookie. Outrageously delicious.
What are "live nut snacks", you ask?
All of the nuts are soaked in water overnight. During this time, amazing dormant enzymes and nutrients are activated and existing fats are transformed into healthier amino acids. This process is called germination. Live enzymes allow the nuts to be easily digested and the nutrients readily absorbed by our bodies.
The nuts are then seasoned and gently air-dried at low temperatures around 115 degrees. Drying at low temperatures, instead of roasting, protects all of the live enzymes and nutrients. The end result is LIVE nuts!

Quality Price Value This snack is off the charts! Sometimes healthy food makes you miss the worldly food you once ate. This allows me to feel like I'm indulging a bit, but it's healthy! Just wonderful. I highly recommend trying this snack. However, the downside is the cost. Very expensive ... comes out to $26.61 a lb. (Posted on 2/22/13)
