Peruvian Black Botija Olives with Herbs 

These delicious black "botija" olives are grown on a family farm on the coastal desert plains of southern Peru, where they are cured and dehydrated. They are dried at temperatures below 100 degrees to retain the maximum amount of nutrients. They are raw and USDA-certified organic.

We offer them in three varieties:

• Unpitted with Herbs - 1/2 lb bag of Botija Olives with pits that are spiced with a very subtle organic herb mixture (black mint, oregano, thyme, rosemary) and sea salt.
• Pitted with Herbs - 1/2 lb bag of Botija Olives without pits that are spiced with a very subtle organic herb mixture (black mint, oregano, thyme, rosemary) and sea salt.
• Unpitted  - 1/2 lb bag of raw organic Botija Olives.

All three types should be refrigerated after opening.
