Cacao is the seed that is used to make all chocolates. Raw cacao has a very complex flavor. Cacao is naturally higher in antioxidants than most foods.
Chipotles are smoked jalapeños, commonly used for their deliciously complex flavor. The smoking process enhances and preserves flavors lost in dried chilies. Spicy heat complements rather than dominates Chicaoji’s flavor. Many who “don’t like spicy” foods like Chicaoji. Chipotles are the only ingredient this are not technically “raw” because they are heated to 165˚F (74˚C ) in the smoking process.
