Bariani Raw White Truffle Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bariani's extra virgin raw olive oil is stone crushed, cold pressed, decanted and unfiltered, then blended with white truffles for an amazingly scented, delicate and delicious finishing oil.
Enjoy this olive oil on your favorite dishes and experience the aromatic flavor of white truffles. The opalescent appearance of this oil is a precious trait due to minute harmless olive particles that will settle over time.
Bariani olive oil starts its life not in the bottle or after the olive pressing but at the root of their trees. The Bariani family gives particular care to the entire extraction process from the tending of the orchard to the bottling of the oil, opting for quality rather than quantity. Their process of extraction is true to the origins and art of olive oil making and will continue this millenary tradition for you to enjoy at the table.
Bariani's extra virgin olive oil will differ in flavor and taste every year due to their traditional process of extraction. However, you will always find the same subtle characteristics that differentiate their olive oil from any other and that accommodate even the most discriminating palate.
A great complement to any food and a perfect choice at any special occasion.
Bariani Olive Oil is committed in producing an authentic extra virgin olive oil which is raw. Produced in a limited quantity, the olive oil is a registered organic product and with the particular and discriminatory taste of the family, the quality is always guaranteed.

The "white truffle" or "Alba madonna" (Tuber magnatum), an underground mushroom, comes from the Langhe and Montferrat areas of the Piedmont region in northern Italy and, most famously, in the countryside around the cities of Alba and Asti, as well as in Molise and in the hills around San Miniato, Tuscany. It is also found in Croatia, on the Istria peninsula in the Motovun forest alongside Mirna river. Growing symbiotically with oak, hazel, poplar and beech and fruiting in autumn, they can reach 12 cm diameter and 500g, though most are usually much smaller. The flesh is pale cream or brown with white marbling. Italian white truffles are very highly esteemed and are the most valuable on the market.
