Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9-4 Pacific standard time.
We are closed on major holidays that are observed by UPS and USPS. These include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

We also accept orders by mail with payment by check or money order. We recommend that you place the desired items in your shopping cart, then print the shopping cart page and send it along with payment. Be sure to add shipping, which is $7.99 for destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Call for shipping prices if you live in Hawaii or Alaska, or require an expedited shipping method.

Shipping Policy
UPS orders placed before 2:30 pm (PST) and USPS orders placed before 11:00am (PST) will typically ship the same business day. (We're pleased to report that over 99% of the orders placed by these times ship same day.)
If you've provided a valid email address, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Just click on the link and you'll be taken to the UPS or USPS website where your packages status is displayed. Or you can check status of an order by calling 1-800-481-5074.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate $7.99 UPS Ground shipping to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is based on the weight of the order and the destination.
We also offer expedited shipping methods - UPS 1-day, 2-day, 3-day and USPS priority mail. Rates are based on package weight and destination.
Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to the page where you're asked to enter your payment information), so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by UPS and USPS plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials and associated shipping weight.
Delivery Times
UPS Ground:
- Western states: 1-3 business days
- Midwestern, southern and northern states: 3-5 business days
- Eastern states: 6-7 business days.
UPS Ground delivery times are estimated by UPS, but not guaranteed.
UPS 1-day, 2-day and 3-day: as indicated
Priority Mail: typically 2-3 days but not guaranteed
International Shipments
Due to the high cost of international shipments, we only ship to destinations in the United States.
Return Policy
Damaged product
If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you prefer.
Wrong product
We will gladly accept unopened products returns within 30 days of purchase for a full credit toward future purchases. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We guarantee that all product will be of the highest quality and will never ship after their sell-by date.
We do not guarantee product taste. We are in the business of selling functional foods that deliver maximum nutrition; many of which do not taste great. And because everyone's taste buds are different, we cannot guarantee that a product's taste will be to your liking.
