Chlorella is a true superfood, containing a wealth of vitamins and minerals, amino acids, protein, fiber, and nucleic acids, as well as an extremely high amount of chlorophyll. One of the oldest life forms on earth, chlorella is a fresh-water green algae with extraordinary beneficial qualities. A rich storehouse of nutrients, chlorella contains over 60% protein by weight, including all the essential amino acids.
